Popularly, all wooden floors are called parquet, but three large groups with their own characteristics are distinguished: the platform, the floating parquet and the glued parquet. All of them are usually oak of French, Pyrenean or Swedish origin, although in recent years the market welcomes other colors and materials such as beech, cherry, ash, maple or chestnut.
